Responsibilities

Ability to manage small projects

Revenue quota – $2,000,000 minimum , Gross Profit quota – $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal

Act as SPOC and client advocate for selected accounts

Ensure quality service

Maintain schedules

Reporting and billing

Manage costs and forecasts

Manage revenue

Primary focal point for all customer relationship issues

Actively seek new business opportunities within client organization

Help identify and manage all customer expectations regarding the scope or SLA

Ability to create project plans including schedule, resource, procurement, communication, and risk plans

Ability to consistently complete projects within budget and to forecast project financials

Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance
