Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to PAM solutions
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Assist in the design and implementation of PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards
Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in privileged access management
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements
Support testing and validation of PAM solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements
Provide training and support to end-users on PAM tools and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Familiarity with IAM or Privileged Access Management concepts and tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
Preferred
Experience in the cybersecurity or IT security domain
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus
