Greeting clients and patients
Answering telephones
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Guiding clients and patients to exam rooms
Presenting and processing payments
Balancing cash and credit card transactions
Making sure the hospital is maintained in a clean and sanitized condition
Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be at ease handling animals
Must provide excellent client care
Must exude compassion for each one of our pet patients
Must have great attention to detail
Must have the ability to multitask
Must have good communication skills
Must be willing to learn new things daily
