Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google and Meta, driving growth across both DTC e-commerce and lead generation verticals
Optimize campaigns toward bottom-line business metrics such as contribution margin, LTV, and payback periods—not just ROAS
Leverage analytics and cross-channel performance data to identify opportunities, allocate budgets intelligently, and continuously improve efficiency
Partner with Pixel Theory’s creative and data science teams to develop platform-specific ad creatives and smarter spend strategies
Align paid search and paid social strategies to maximize synergy, funnel efficiency, and overall brand growth
Serve as a trusted growth partner, presenting insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations directly to clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on media buying experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Proven success scaling both DTC e-commerce brands and/or service-based lead generation campaigns
Performance-first mindset: Deep understanding of contribution margin, LTV, CAC payback, and profitability metrics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration
Self-starter mentality: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with autonomy and accountability
Ability to work effectively during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
