Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive site design, grading, drainage, and utility layout for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects
Perform site inventory, analysis, and feasibility studies to support planning and development efforts
Prepare conceptual site plans and design renderings, including 3D models using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
Assist in developing construction drawings, details, and specifications for site and civil components
Participate in team, client, and project meetings, providing technical insights and coordination support
Support public presentations, community workshops, and field reviews as part of the design and approval process
Prepare clear and well-formatted reports, technical memoranda, and presentations summarizing design concepts and project findings

Required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited university
Knowledge or experience in: Site design, grading, and drainage
Knowledge or experience in: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
Knowledge or experience in: Erosion control, stormwater management, and utility layout
Knowledge or experience in: Planning and design documentation
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Additional skills in ArcGIS, hydrology modeling, technical writing, and presentation graphics are highly valued
