Responsibilities
Customer Service, including: maintaining client relationships and service standards, greeting clients and their pets, answering non-medical client inquiries, and presenting friendly and courteous care
Essential administrative tasks, including answering phones, routinely checking emails, scanning patient documents, processing faxes, etc
Scheduling, including communicating with referral partners to improve access to care and strengthen relationships
Maintaining up-to-date client and patient data while protecting privacy on sensitive information
Reviewing charges and invoicing upon discharge, process payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of the cash drawer
Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
Maintaining the front desk, reception area, and waiting areas
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Client Service Representative or in a similar customer service role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using office equipment and technology, including phones and computers
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
