Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, project teams, and internal office support
Own project contracts, budgets, schedules, planning, and overall execution
Manage quality assurance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering documents
Resolve project conflicts, delays, and inter-group challenges to meet construction goals
Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are ordered, expedited, and delivered as required
Lead projects through all phases from preconstruction to closeout
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management experience
Experience managing industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of building construction schedules and workflows
Ability to work from project jobsites throughout DFW and North Texas
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Willingness to travel is a plus
