The intern will assist the Talent Acquisition Department with various projects related to recruiting, screening, and sourcing, while gaining practical experience in the field of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to review resumes, identify candidates, and initiate the on-boarding process
Schedule interviews for our talent acquisition and hiring teams
Building pipeline of candidates and build relationships
Conduct phone screens and monitor candidates throughout the interview process
Assist recruiting efforts on social media, networking, and ATS
Communicate professionally with candidates and other members of HR
Support special projects and events including but limited to career fairs, hiring events, process documentation and sourcing reports
Perform other tasks as requested
Qualification
Required
Degree (B.A.) candidate from College or University or related experience; or equivalent combination of both education and experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Canva
