Athlete Success Manager
Triangle Offense is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Athlete Success Manager to help grow and support their athlete community. The role involves enrolling new athletes, managing relationships with families, and attending events as a brand representative.

Responsibilities
Conduct consultative conversations with families, assess athlete goals, present Triangle Offense programming options, and guide families through monthly commitments. All client agreements are submitted for internal approval prior to activation
Serve as a primary point of contact for active families, ensuring clarity around program structure, billing, and expectations. Proactively address concerns and help retain athletes long-term within the Triangle Offense ecosystem
Attend approved tournaments, jamborees, and off-site basketball events as a brand representative. Travel is required, using personal vehicles and devices under Triangle Offense cloud systems
Build, manage, and grow a personal book of monthly recurring revenue through both new enrollments and client retention
Qualification
Required
Driven and relationship-focused
Experience in sales and client relationships
Ability to represent a high-performance basketball brand
Consultative sales skills
Client success management skills
Ability to manage ongoing relationships with families
Proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to attend events and travel as required
Experience in building and managing a personal book of monthly recurring revenue
Strong communication skills
