Crawford Group is seeking a Paid Media & Retargeting Strategy Manager (Events) to join our client's team. This role involves owning the strategy, budget, and execution of retargeting-focused paid digital campaigns for large-scale events across various B2B industries.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute retargeting strategies to drive event registrations and attendance
Own paid media budgets, forecasting, pacing, and optimization
Build advanced audiences using site behavior, CRM data, and engagement signals
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
Partner with creative and analytics teams on testing, sequencing, and performance improvements
Ensure brand safety, platform compliance, and industry-specific governance
Report on performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with retargeting and event-focused campaigns
Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
Proven experience managing paid media budgets and performance KPIs
Comfort working with niche, professional, or regulated audiences
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Experience supporting B2B or industry trade shows
CRM-based targeting and first-party data experience
Programmatic or advanced retargeting experience
