Responsibilities

Managing various aspects of identity and access management, with a focus on the SSO platform

Handling intake requests and incident management related to user access and authentication issues

Improving certificate management, logging, monitoring, and developing dashboards for security insights

Collaborating on expanding and tuning the PingOne Protect application alongside security teams to detect and understand threats

Automating processes via PingCentral, onboarding self-service options for customers, and working with QA on automation scripts

Qualification

IAM experienceSSO administrationPing Identity SoftwareMFA setupsActive Directory knowledge

Required

5-7 years of hands-on experience in IAM and SSO administration

Familiarity with the Ping Identity Software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) or other IAM products

Experience with MFA setups, resets, and partner integrations with Service Desk

Knowledge of IAM integrations with Entra and federation trust between Ping and Entra

Working knowledge of user experience issues related to Active Directory, networking, and DevOps, such as lockouts and login errors
