Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activities to uncover potential business opportunities and growth areas within the insurance program sector
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with MGAs and brokers to promote our insurance programs and drive sales
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with company objectives
Proposal Development: Craft and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our insurance programs
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure favorable terms and close deals that strengthen our program offerings
Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriting, marketing, and product development teams to ensure program alignment and effective communication
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve or surpass targets
Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our programs and uncover new business opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
