They are seeking an HR Business Partner to manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process; source candidates, conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
Provide positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process; coordinate job offers, negotiations, and pre-employment screenings
Track and report on recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are smoothly integrated into the organization
Coordinate orientation sessions and provide new hires with necessary resources for a successful start
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by fostering open communication and employee engagement
Assist in conflict resolution and ensure alignment with company policies
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure compliance with plan regulations
Support the compensation process by collecting and analyzing salary data, assisting with performance reviews, and ensuring pay equity
Process bi-weekly payroll
Support performance management processes by assisting managers in setting objectives, tracking employee progress, and conducting performance evaluations
Help develop and deliver training for managers on performance feedback and coaching
Assist in creating employee development plans and identifying training needs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including maintaining records and filing required documents
Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Monitor HR-related legal updates and advise on necessary policy changes
Support audits and ensure proper documentation for all HR activities
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality for all employee records and files
Prepare and generate reports related to HR metrics, turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction
Assist in organizing training and development programs based on company needs
Support managers in identifying training gaps and helping employees develop new skills
Help coordinate employee learning and development initiatives to enhance job performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices
Experience with Paychex and/or other HR software tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation practices

Preferred

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
