Product Manager II
Advantech USA is a global leader in embedded and computing hardware, and they are seeking a Product Manager II to drive the successful development and lifecycle management of ODM products. This role requires strong leadership and product management expertise, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams to meet customer needs and align with business goals.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development (New Product Introduction), ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time
Translate product requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop user-friendly solutions
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
Review and refine product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines
Serve as the primary liaison between product management and senior leadership, delivering regular updates on progress, metrics, and challenges
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive dynamics, and use insights to define product vision and strategy
Develop product and technology roadmaps in coordination with global product teams and align them with business objectives
Prioritize features and manage resources strategically to support growth and maximize product value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in the technology sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
Experience working within Agile development environments and using project management tools
In-depth knowledge of product management practices, including market analysis, product planning, and roadmap development
Demonstrated success in launching and managing products from concept through delivery
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
