Responsibilities
Start with a monthly theme tied to a lead magnet, offer, book insight, podcast/TV segment, or key campaign (e.g., Predictive Hiring + DISC; Appreciation in the Workplace)
Build a simple monthly content map: angles, CTAs, posting cadence, and what content drives where
Draft a 1,500–1,800 word anchor article for the LinkedIn newsletter (AI-assisted, heavily edited to match voice)
Draft 1–3 additional newsletter sections (insights, tools, frameworks, POV, short story, etc.)
Repurpose the TV segment blurb into a blog post for the website (published after the segment airs, with link added)
Apply light SEO best practices for blog posts (headings, clarity, scannability, metadata if needed)
Build weekly email content aligned to the monthly theme:
4 campaign emails/month tied to the newsletter/article + lead magnet
Plus 2 additional emails/week as needed (podcast drops, book insights, event takeaways, CTAs)
Write with variety: different lengths, hooks, structures, and angles—so it never feels like 'this again.'
Schedule emails inside Kajabi, using templates and clean formatting
Create and schedule:
4 posts/month for the LinkedIn Business Page (one/week, each with a distinct angle from the anchor article)
2–3 posts/week for Carol’s personal LinkedIn
Cross-post to Instagram (with minor adjustments as needed)
Maintain Carol’s established recurring content (e.g., Motivation Monday), and mix formats to avoid feed fatigue
Create monthly visual assets (approx. 20–30 graphics/month, using templates + AI + Canva)
Produce short-form video content as needed:
2–4 simple reels/short videos per month (clean, professional, executive-friendly)
Create specific graphics for:
Business page weekly posts (graphics or mini-video)
Blog post feature image
'TV segment airs tomorrow/today' social graphic
'Read the newsletter' promo graphics (1–2/month)
Schedule posts using native LinkedIn scheduling and/or Planoly (as appropriate)
Post/link strategy best practices (e.g., links in comments when needed)
Light engagement support:
Remind CEO where to engage
Draft suggested comment replies when helpful
Monitor comments/messages for anything that needs escalation
When the podcast is in season, adapt the monthly theme into a solo episode script in Carol’s voice
Support drafting 3-5 solo episode scripts (including the monthly thematic script) depending on flow of season
Crafting show notes using template for all 10 episodes of each season
Track simple signals monthly: post reach, saves/comments, clicks, email opens/clicks, lead magnet downloads (if relevant)
Identify what’s working and adjust the next month’s angles accordingly
Qualification

Podcast production familiarity (script pacing, spoken-word writing, segment structure)
Light SEO knowledge and content repurposing frameworks
