Delaware North is a family-owned company with over 100 years of history, and they are hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator for the opening of a new location at Miami Freedom Park. The HR Coordinator will support the HR team in training, employee relations, recruiting, and maintaining compliance with company regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members, including orientation

Assist with Employee Relations, including managing and resolving workplace issues, providing guidance on policies, and fostering positive employee engagement

Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests

Participate in recruiting efforts

Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members

Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required

Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
