Construction Management/Architectural Intern

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is offering an internship opportunity in Construction Management or Architecture. The intern will support project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in architectural coordination and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of architectural and construction activities
Support the review and preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
Help manage RFIs, change orders, and submittal logs
Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, document observations, and track punch lists
Update and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and schedules
Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with design intent, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
Assist with quantity take-offs, cost comparisons, bid evaluations, sustainability initiatives, and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams

Required

Ability to provide an unofficial transcript
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project delivery processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera is a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills
Collaborative team mindset
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
