Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions
Experience in pricing management including existing price inquiry and price discrepancy at order entry
Ability to communicate price increases and manage price data files
Experience in customer-facing or inside sales roles
Strong product knowledge and communication skills for customer phone interactions
