Territory Sales Manager
Gritton & Associates is a third-generation, family-owned company and a leading provider of Industrial Compressed Air products and service in the Intermountain region. The Sales Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting sales operations and managing project execution, requiring strong organizational skills and technical knowledge to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and provide expert recommendations for technical solutions
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver accurate product information
Respond to inquiries, prepare competitive quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial sales coordination to final delivery
Manage order processing, track shipments, and schedule deliveries for supplied equipment
Coordinate equipment startup and warranty services to ensure seamless implementation
Prepare and maintain post-sale documentation for internal and customer records
Coordinate with our Service Team to deliver excellent after-sales support for the products we sell
Assist with technical documentation, proposals, and customer presentations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Provide design and application assistance to customers and internal teams using industry best practices
Continually participate in product training and system application courses, both virtually and in-person at manufacturing facilities
Work closely with internal & external teams, including sales, and engineering, to support business growth
Conduct all business interactions with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical systems aptitude
Excellent verbal, written & digital communication skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer applications
Effective time management and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record, and Insurable
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
Experience in Compressed Air Systems, industrial equipment, or a related industry is a plus
