Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, initial outreach, and resume screening for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within agreed-upon tools and processes
Partner with US-based hiring stakeholders to align on role requirements, timelines, and recruiting priorities
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and sourcing efforts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience supporting tech recruiting or recruiting coordination
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes in a contract-based engagement
Preferred
Exposure to startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and remote hiring workflows is a plus
