Qualification
Required
Candidates MUST reside in the Jacksonville, FL area and be able to work from home
Fluent in English and Spanish
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional
Critical thinking + active listening
Comfort with basic math
Basic computer skills & reliable high-speed internet
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred
Collections, sales, or call center experience
