Undergraduate Intern Summer 2026 - Foundation ORLANDO

USTA National Campus is the national governing body for tennis in the United States, dedicated to promoting the sport's growth at all levels. The role of the Undergraduate Intern will involve assisting in the coordination of career and college readiness programs and conducting research on youth development trends to support the USTA Foundation's mission.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing career and college readiness programs
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in youth development, education, and career pathways
Support the creation of materials, resources, and content for various programs and initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen program offerings
Contribute ideas for new programs that engage young people in their college and career journeys
Help manage communication and outreach efforts related to program updates

Required

Able to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Strong interest in youth development, education, sports-based programs, or community engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Skilled in research and capable of synthesizing information into actionable insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Passionate about social impact and making a difference in the lives of young people

Preferred

Previous experience with youth programs, education initiatives, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required
