Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of server, storage, and network hardware
Coordinate and oversee vendor repairs and maintenance activities within the data center
Manage and maintain accurate inventory of hardware components and spare parts
Support remote teams with hands-on tasks including hardware replacement, cabling, and system reboots
Ensure compliance with data center operational procedures and safety standards
Document all activities, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system
Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to escalated incidents promptly
Qualification
Required
Skilled and proactive in providing Level 2 (L2) support within data center operations
Deep understanding of data center infrastructure
Ability to perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of server, storage, and network hardware
Experience in coordinating and overseeing vendor repairs and maintenance activities within the data center
Ability to manage and maintain accurate inventory of hardware components and spare parts
Experience in supporting remote teams with hands-on tasks including hardware replacement, cabling, and system reboots
Knowledge of compliance with data center operational procedures and safety standards
Ability to document all activities, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system
Experience in assisting in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
