Strategic Account Manager – Enterprise Learning Solutions - Remote
Goldstone Partners, LLC is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for their Enterprise Learning Solutions. This role involves expanding relationships with existing major enterprise accounts, increasing learner license adoption, and developing strategic account plans to meet clients' learning needs.
Responsibilities
Driving and exceeding expansion revenue targets across an assigned portfolio of existing Fortune 500 and global enterprise accounts
Growing the SimGate footprint by expanding learner licenses, use cases, and stakeholder adoption
Developing and executing strategic, multi-year account plans aligned to each client’s learning needs and business priorities
Building and strengthening trusted relationships with mid-level leaders through VP-level stakeholders
Identifying expansion opportunities through deep discovery across business units, regions, and learning initiatives
Partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure exceptional experiences that drive retention and expansion
Sharing voice-of-customer insights with Product and Marketing to inform platform evolution and positioning
Thriving in a scrappy, fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree and 12+ years of professional experience with at least 4 years selling into major enterprise accounts in a quota-driven environment - Fortune 500 and global professional services firms
Background in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate L&D
Strong understanding of enterprise learning ecosystems and learning technology platforms
Proven success in consultative selling - exceeding quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills – translating technical capabilities into business value
Exceptional relationship-building skills engaging mid-level to VP stakeholders and confidently building long-term relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, confident, and solution-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and self-sufficiency are essential
