Responsibilities
Own delivery of offensive cyber capabilities from requirements through release
Translate between stakeholders who speak different languages: operators, developers, testers, government customers
Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent development efforts
Run standups, planning sessions, and reviews that people don't hate attending
Identify blockers early and clear them before they derail timelines
Keep documentation and tracking current so the team knows what's happening without constant meetings
Shield developers from chaos so they can focus on building
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance (we sponsor poly)
Experience coordinating technical work - you've kept projects on track before
Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to ask good questions and spot problems
Strong written and verbal communication
Willingness to work on-site at Fort Meade, MD
US Citizenship
Preferred
Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile practices
Experience with DoD or IC acquisition, even informally
Background in cyber, security, or offensive operations
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
PMP, CSM, or similar credentials (we care more about whether you can actually do the job)
