Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6; perform critical path analysis
Cost & Financial Control: Monitor budgets, track labor claiming, and evaluate cost variances using Earned Value Management (EVM)
Data Visualization & Reporting: Create reports and dashboards (Power BI or Excel) for stakeholder insights
Change & Contract Management: Evaluate change orders and manage subcontract processes
Risk Mitigation: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Procurement & Document Control: Oversee document control and monitor procurement to align with schedules
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years in heavy civil construction, preferably in rail transportation
Experience with New York City transit projects and their requirements
Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Excel; JD Edwards experience is a plus
Strong data operations, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and oral skills to communicate technical data
Preferred
PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE credentials are valued
