Responsibilities

Lead in administering, developing, running tests on, implementing and maintaining operating systems and related software

Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters

Leads the team in troubleshooting and resolving software, operation system, and networking problems

Will schedule, perform, and monitor system backups and, when necessary, perform data recoveries

Ensures compliance with TDX’s Quality Control and Safety Programs

Other duties as assigned by the Program manager

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution

Knowledge of systems administration concepts

Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)

Minimum five (5) years of experience desired

Network + or Security + required within six months of employment

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work across diverse groups of people and at all levels of an organization

US Citizen // Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain is required

Passport required

Ability to speak, read, and write English

Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct presentations in front of senior level management and customers

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
