Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process & review licensing, appointing, terminations and investigation paperwork for brokers, sales reps, and internal associates
Ensure compliance with State Insurance Department's
Process agent record changes in a timely manner
Processing and maintain commission agreements on GMR internal system they use)
Follow up on incomplete paperwork, and process electronic fund transfer of commissions
Handle multiple different types of requests that come through via email
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Data Entry/Processing Experience - 1 year
High Attention to Detail and accuracy
Preferred
Prior customer service - call center experience is preferred
Experience working with Microsoft Excel (Basic)
