Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales activity and potentially outbound outreach
Connect with leads from chat, email, support, and marketing campaigns
Deliver excellent customer support and help convert inquiries into opportunities
Qualify prospects and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales reps
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong interest or experience in IT (Windows/Linux, VMware, Cisco, Dell/HP/IBM servers)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
College degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Knowledge of the hosting or data center industry preferred
