This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of employment-related disputes, including traditional labor and employment litigation as well as complex civil disputes.

Responsibilities

2+ years of hands-on experience in labor and employment litigation

Full litigation lifecycle experience

Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs

Managing written discovery and depositions

Participating in mediations and settlement discussions

Trial preparation and courtroom support

Exposure to both state and federal courts preferred; experience before administrative agencies is a plus
