Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage assigned trust and estate litigation matters with appropriate oversight
Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
Handle discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts and depositions
Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Communicate proactively and clearly with clients
Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure deadlines and filings are met
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
1–3 years of litigation experience with increasing independence
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience with discovery and court appearances
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Professional, client-focused demeanor and sound judgment
