Responsibilities
Oversee construction and permanent financing closings in partnership with lenders and legal teams
Evaluate new development opportunities through detailed underwriting and financial modeling
Support asset management efforts throughout construction, lease-up, and stabilization phases
Monitor project budgets, loan draws, covenant compliance, and overall financial performance
Assist with capital raising initiatives, investor reporting, and preparation of investment materials
Perform market research and ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in real estate finance or development, with a focus on multifamily projects
Demonstrated expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, and loan closings
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline
Advanced Excel skills; proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication abilities
Preferred
CPA or CFA designation preferred
