Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services including annual physicals, chronic disease management, and urgent/sick visits for adult patients
Manage a full patient load efficiently within a fast-paced outpatient setting
Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
Demonstrate strong clinical confidence and decision-making skills to operate autonomously in a busy clinic environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction and care excellence
Support the clinic’s growth and operational efficiency, with potential leadership influence in a rapidly expanding facility
Qualification
Required
Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Internal Medicine
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in community or urban clinic settings
Demonstrated clinical confidence and ability to be autonomous
Strong decision-making and leadership presence
Experience managing high patient volumes and growing a busy outpatient practice
Must meet all credentialing and licensing requirements to practice in New York
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
