Responsibilities

Works effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management

Manages and develops a team focused on business partnering, advisory, continuous improvement efforts, and data driven analysis/decision making

Oversees preparation of financial statements and analysis, budgets and forecasts, and variance analysis of actual performance results

Maintains fiscal responsibility and ensures the establishment and administration of adequate internal controls within the organization

Helps drive profitable decision making and maximizing return on assets by preparing and analyzing financial data along with operational metrics

Understands and remains close with the operations of the business and operators, providing them with financial analysis and business insights to help with decision making

Presents analysis findings to various leaders in the business

Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and developing employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
