Electrical Engineering Intern

Responsibilities
Assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment (e.g. assembly, calibration and test fixtures)
Conduct tests and analysis for detailed and/or routine engineering assignments
Supports operating and maintenance functions with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution activities
Participate in Company continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives
In line with Brooks’ zero accident safety policy, maintain and enhance department safety policies and procedures
Communicate with Executives, Managers and co-workers in formal and informal settings
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Completed at least 2 years of college with a curriculum focused in Electrical Engineering
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
A desire to perform documentation activities including technical writing and drawing
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability
Multi-tasking with a detail orientation and commitment to accountability in a fast-paced environment
