Responsibilities

Managing system and configuration item level requirements modules in DOORS

Deriving requirements from parent and reference specifications

Managing allocations to subsystems

Performing impact and traceability assessments

Collaborating with system and test solution architecture and verification teams

Generating and presenting requirements views to leadership and stakeholders for review and approval

Following through to closure with hands-on integration and qualification in digital and RF electronics labs

Contributing to efforts to enhance product line reuse and efficiencies by leveraging standardized DOORS modules and attributes

Innovatively applying modelling and artificial intelligence to accelerate engineering development

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including other BAE Systems, Inc. employees, contractors, and military service customers

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 6 years of related/relevant work or a Master's Degree and 4 years of related/relevant work

Experience with DOORS

Basic knowledge of Requirements and their purpose in systems engineering

Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Currently hold an active Secret clearance

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

Experienced / trained in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferably Cameo/SysML

Proven use and understanding of test engineering concepts

Experience developing test procedures and troubleshooting in a digital and Radio Frequency (RF) electronics lab environment, and potentially at customer domestic and international bases

Cost Account Manager (CAM) training or experience

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy
