Responsibilities

Guide and motivate ERP program or project teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements by establishing clear milestones, goals, and objectives, informed by input from all functional areas and key stakeholders
As a PMO representative, partner with management to design, implement, evaluate, and manage assigned ERP programs and projects. Collaborate effectively and provide comprehensive support throughout all project phases
Conduct overall cost analyses for ERP programs and projects, including travel, training, resource allocation, and other relevant expenditures

Required

BA/BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience
5–7 years leading complex IT ERP programs with matrixed teams and systems integrators
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite) and manufacturing information systems
Skilled in project management methodologies (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
Proficient in Atlassian Suite, FreshWorks, SharePoint, MS Office (Project, Teams)
