Marketing Assistant
Kelly is a leading digital marketing organization seeking an SFMC Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will design and execute personalized customer journeys leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Creating and managing automated customer journeys using Journey Builder to deliver personalized, multichannel marketing experiences
Designing, building, and executing data-driven multi-channel campaigns via Email Studio, Automation Studio, and other SFMC tools
Managing subscriber data, building targeted audience segments, and leveraging dynamic content for personalization
Analyzing campaign performance with real-time reporting, A/B testing, and KPI analysis to continually optimize engagement and conversion rates
Maintaining and enhancing Marketing Cloud platform functionality, automations, filters, and data extensions
Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to support strategic campaign execution and gather requirements
Customizing campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, and basic HTML/CSS for advanced personalization and logic
Overseeing data integration between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and other systems for targeted marketing and robust reporting
Ensuring all campaigns adhere to best practices, regulatory standards, and deliverability protocols
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, especially its integration with Marketing Cloud
Expertise in audience segmentation, dynamic content personalization, and campaign management
Proficiency with AMPscript and SQL for advanced campaign customization and data queries
Skilled in email marketing best practices, compliance, and monitoring deliverability
Exceptional attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple projects at once
Communicate effectively and excel in project management within cross-functional teams
Preferred
Hold or are willing to obtain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification within six months
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for audience enrichment and real-time personalization, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and dashboards
Basic HTML/CSS for email design and customization
