Help Desk Technician
Derse is a complete face-to-face marketing agency and exhibit builder, seeking a Help Desk Technician to support their teams with hardware, software, and system applications. The role involves troubleshooting, training personnel, and maintaining documentation for IT operations.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and analyze user hardware and software problems
Install, configure and deploy user hardware and software
Support and troubleshoot MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Windows 11 and Active Directory, MAC OS Experience with Windows Server is a plus
Provide training to company personnel on hardware and software use
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and software owned by the company
Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of all operations, procedures, and systems as they pertain to the computer operations
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or Associate degree in Computer Science and/or 2 + years experience in IT support related position
Highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Requires occasional weekend hours
Possess strong organization / communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with Windows Server is a plus
