Responsibilities

Lead product design initiatives within a product team, driving the design process from concept to implementation
Conduct rapid prototyping activities to quickly test and iterate on design solutions
Conduct user research within the product team to understand user needs and pain points
Collaborate closely with cross-functional product team members, including developers, product managers, and healthcare professionals
Provide design leadership and autonomy in decision-making, influencing the direction of the product
Help maintain momentum on projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery

Patient experience designSalesforce designFigma proficiencyEnd-to-end user experienceCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Experience with patient experience or pharmaceutical patient support programs
Background in designing on Salesforce platforms
Proficiency in Figma
Strong core product design skills with a proven ability to design end-to-end user experiences
Experience working autonomously, providing clear updates, and navigating changes in leadership or project direction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones
