Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of server, storage, and network hardware
Coordinate and oversee vendor repairs and maintenance activities within the data center
Manage and maintain accurate inventory of hardware components and spare parts
Support remote teams with hands-on tasks including hardware replacement, cabling, and system reboots
Ensure compliance with data center operational procedures and safety standards
Document all activities, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system
Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to escalated incidents promptly
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of data center operations and infrastructure components
Hands-on experience with server, storage, and networking hardware
Ability to perform advanced hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
Experience coordinating with hardware vendors and service providers
Proficiency in inventory management and asset tracking tools
Familiarity with remote support tools and procedures
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle escalated issues effectively
