Account Manager – Personal Lines Insurance
W3Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to support personal lines clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing existing policies, and assisting clients with coverage, billing, and policy changes.

Responsibilities
Provide personalized insurance quotes and coverage options
Convert quotes into bound policies
Manage and service existing personal lines accounts
Review and update policies for accuracy and compliance
Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims reporting
Clearly explain coverage and recommendations to clients
Document all client interactions in the agency management system
Resolve service inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license required prior to start date (Offer may be extended prior to licensing; licensing assistance available)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and agency management systems
Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
Preferred
Personal lines insurance experience preferred; commercial experience a plus
Associate degree (Preferred)
