Responsibilities
Develop UAT strategy, test plans, test cases, scripts and reports across multiple projects
Create and maintain UAT test data; track and report UAT metrics, SLAs and KPIs
Coordinate end-to-end UAT activities, including team coordination, issue triage and communication of test results
Facilitate successful release of system enhancements from development to production; create release processes and documentation to minimize customer impact
Lead cross-functional teams in support of release project plans and post-release reviews
Review requirements to ensure testability and validate that user expectations are met
Maintain a UAT knowledge repository and continuously improve test planning and execution
Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex, highly integrated projects
Strong understanding of sales and sales-operations processes within consumer channel environments
Experienced in multiple release and change-management approaches including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative, with hands-on Agile experience required
Preferred
Preferred experience with the Salesforce platform
Knowledge of test-automation framework design and best practices
