Responsibilities

The SAP ABAP Lead is responsible for the design, development, testing & support for ABAP related WRICEF objects to meet the business needs of Wiley

The consultant will work closely with our SAP Functional Specialists to design, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot SAP ABAP WRICEF(Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements & Forms) objects

10+ years of experience in SAP Development across various SAP modules including SD, MM, FI & FSCM(Credit mgmt., Dispute mgmt., Collections mgmt.)

Leadership experience in managing SAP development teams

Should have strong hands-on experience and knowledge in ABAP technologies viz. ALE/IDOC design and development, BAPI/RFC/File based interfaces, User Exit/enhancements, reports (interactive), SAP scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms and DDIC, FIORI and SAPUI5

Strong Workflow development and workflow configuration experience

Experience working on SOH(Suite on HANA) and S/4 HANA SAP environments is preferred

Experience in customizing Fiori apps

Experience in developing custom SAPUI5 applications

Experience in ODATA development

Should have experience working on BTP

Experience in enabling AI across SAP. (Joule, AICore)

Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations

Ability to write and validate the technical specification based on the requirements and functional design

The candidate will be responsible for Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects

Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards

Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests

Support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills

Assist initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality

Work with the SAP Functional exports to facilitate incident & problem resolution
