Pura Vida Miami is a lifestyle brand focused on providing wholesome food and beverage items. They are seeking an Operational Content Creator to capture high-quality content and develop operational tools to ensure consistency across restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos of live operational processes, including recipes, equipment usage, line builds, and prep workflows

Ensure all content accurately reflects real operational execution and is not staged or marketing-focused

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), visual step-by-step guides, training decks, and execution standards

Translate raw photo and video footage into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow training materials, and update existing SOPs as needed

Edit all photo and video content for clarity, accuracy, and usability, adding annotations, callouts, and measurements as necessary

Ensure materials are clean, consistent, on-brand, and optimized for both digital training platforms and printed Back-of-House (BOH) use

Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar) for document creation and media editing

Build and maintain Excel-based tools, such as prep sheets, yield calculators, and training checklists, while organizing all assets for version control and easy access

Collaborate closely with Culinary R&D, Operations & Training, and Procurement to incorporate feedback and ensure materials are current and accurate

Travel to various restaurant locations to capture real-time execution and quickly revise materials based on leadership feedback
