As a Sales Delivery Specialist, you will assist customers on delivery day, become an RV expert, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the RV buying experience.

Responsibilities
Assist our Delivery Coordinators to host the customer(s) on delivery day from the moment they arrive through the moment they leave. Creating an engaging and fun experience
You will become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided)
Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories they will need and want to have a successful RV experience. This includes coordinating the installation of any purchases
Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
Previous customer service experience is required
Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing and goal-oriented personality
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Basic computer knowledge is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Sales experience is highly desired
Familiarity with a retail environment a plus
