Brand Strategy & Partnerships Manager

Lila and Hayes is seeking a Brand Strategy, Partnerships & Website Manager to lead the execution and launch of their Shopify website while managing brand strategy and partnerships. Responsibilities

Own final execution and launch of the Shopify website
Act as the internal point person between brand and developers
Translate creative vision into clear, executable direction for developers
Review builds and push revisions through to completion
Ensure on-time delivery and readiness for launch
Own accuracy and consistency of product data across all Shopify URLs
Maintain and validate:
SKUs
Product variants
Pricing
Collections
Metafields (from a functional perspective)
Ensure clean product organization and navigation
Support long-term management of multi-URL product data alignment:
Lila and Hayes, LH Sport, and wholesale
Identify and flag data or structure issues before launch
Lead creative execution for website content (non-technical)
Support and refine:
Product descriptions
Collection storytelling
On-site brand messaging
Ensure the website reflects brand standards visually and tonally
Partner with the Creative lead to ensure alignment between social, email, and site content
Speak fluently with developers on:
Shopify structure
Product setup
Variants and collections
Provide organized feedback and clear requests
Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals
Ensure creative and data requirements are implemented correctly
Serve as the “translator” between creative and technical teams
Lead PR outreach and press relationship management
Manage pitching, gifting, follow-ups, and press tracking
Own brand storytelling and messaging for press opportunities
Coordinate assets and narratives for media placements
Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships
Oversee collaboration planning and execution
Manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure partnerships support awareness and revenue growth
Support with graphics
Work with the Creative Lead to guide influencer partnerships
Align influencer campaigns with broader brand initiatives
Ensure partnerships support launches and storytelling goals
Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and activations
Coordinate logistics, timelines, and promotional strategy
Ensure events align with brand positioning and growth goals
Assist in planning and executing brand photoshoots in support of:
Website launch and refreshes
Product pages and collections
Campaigns, partnerships, and PR initiatives
Partner closely with the Creative Lead to ensure all imagery aligns with brand standards and creative direction
Support photoshoot logistics, including:
Shot lists (with website and product page needs in mind)
Product readiness (SKUs, samples, variants)
On-set coordination and timeline support
Ensure final assets are properly organized and delivered for:
Shopify product pages and collections
Marketing campaigns and PR needs
Act as the bridge between photoshoot output and website execution, ensuring imagery is implemented correctly across all Shopify URLs

Required

3 years experience with Shopify
3 years of experience in brand strategy, PR, or partnerships
Strong understanding of brand storytelling and positioning
Experience managing external partners and campaigns
Highly organized with strong strategic thinking skills
Comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end

Preferred

Experience working at a PR agency or in-house brand team preferred
