Responsibilities

Assist with testing and QA of new website features, releases, and integrations to ensure functionality works as intended
Monitor the end-to-end customer journey to identify usability issues, technical bugs, or conversion bottlenecks
Recommend and help implement solutions to improve site performance, conversion, and user experience
Evaluate and test new ecommerce technologies that support growth and operational efficiency
Collaborate with developers and third-party vendors to resolve issues and optimize platform performance
Assist with the management of product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising across the ecommerce platform
Create and maintain product pages, categories, landing pages, and content updates
Ensure product data accuracy, including SKUs, images, descriptions, attributes, and compliance requirements
Optimize on-site navigation, category structure, and merchandising strategies
Assist with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
Monitor customer journeys and identify friction points in the purchase funnel
Set up and manage promotions, discounts, bundles, and coupon logic
QA promotions to ensure accuracy and a seamless customer experience
Monitor key ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, traffic, abandonment rates)
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Serve as a day-to-day platform expert for the ecommerce site
Troubleshoot site issues related to checkout, promotions, product visibility, or integrations

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related field required
3 - 5 years of hands-on ecommerce, digital marketing, or website management experience required
Experience testing website functionality, features, releases, and integrations in a production or staging environment
Ability to troubleshoot common ecommerce issues related to checkout, promotions, product visibility, and site performance
Hands-on experience setting up and QA'ing promotions, discounts, bundles, and coupon logic
Aptitude for data analysis and ability to understand results
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action

Preferred

Google Analytics experience certification preferred
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar. Magento experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web markup languages preferred
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager a plus
Passion for emerging technologies and researching marketing trends
