IBM Netcool Developer
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled IBM Netcool Developer to join their team. The role involves designing and developing modules for event collection, normalization, and correlation across various network domains, as well as building rules and integrating systems with FM platforms such as IBM Netcool/NOI.

Responsibilities
Develop custom adapters and APIs for seamless system integrations
Implement logic for alarm enrichment, delay management, thresholding, and root cause analysis
Configure and optimize databases and message bus efficiency to handle high event volumes effectively
Integrate FM systems with other platforms like Inventory Topology, GIS, Performance Management, and Trouble Ticketing
Use automation tools such as NOI Runbooks and Ansible, and collaborate with AI/ML engines
Define fault correlation across domains and perform service impact assessments
Develop event-driven automation and closed-loop scenarios, including auto-ticketing and auto-healing
Work with AI/ML teams to enable predictive fault analytics, anomaly detection, and noise reduction
Contribute to the development of AI-based FM assistants for triage, root cause analysis, and closed-loop orchestration
Execute data migration, alarm model harmonization, and integration blueprinting
Qualification
Required
Skilled developer with experience in designing and developing modules for event collection, normalization, and correlation across various network domains
Ability to build rules, probes, gateways, and policies within FM platforms such as IBM Netcool/NOI
Experience in developing custom adapters and APIs for seamless system integrations
Knowledge of implementing logic for alarm enrichment, delay management, thresholding, and root cause analysis
Experience in configuring and optimizing databases and message bus efficiency to handle high event volumes effectively
Ability to integrate FM systems with other platforms like Inventory Topology, GIS, Performance Management, and Trouble Ticketing
Familiarity with automation tools such as NOI Runbooks and Ansible, and collaboration with AI/ML engines
Experience in defining fault correlation across domains and performing service impact assessments
Ability to develop event-driven automation and closed-loop scenarios, including auto-ticketing and auto-healing
Experience working with AI/ML teams to enable predictive fault analytics, anomaly detection, and noise reduction
Contributing to the development of AI-based FM assistants for triage, root cause analysis, and closed-loop orchestration
