Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gain understanding of requirements and goals and identify areas of improvement
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify trends and develop strategies to meet objectives
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients
Support the implementation of solutions, providing guidance, training, and documentation as needed
Serve as a coordination lead for taskers and action items, including intake, tracking, and suspense management
Support leadership and client taskers, including time-sensitive and high-visibility requests
Monitor tasker status across stakeholders and ensure timely completion and escalation as needed
Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and other stakeholders to drive alignment and agreement around key decisions
Reports assigned task progression, obstacles, and concerns to appropriate team members
Develop relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Stay up to date on industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 2 year of experience in a related field
Experience supporting complex projects required
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and may require the ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or government consulting
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications, or similar certification
